Here are some cool watery diversions from local lakes and beaches to pools, spray parks and water slides all perfect for a good summer dousing. And most of them are FREE (lakes, beaches and spray parks) or cheap (pools) leaving leftover funds for frozen treats like ice cream, popsicles or creative cool desserts.
