Best of Vancouver: Ice Cream Meltdown

We’ve gone on the hunt for the Best of Vancouver many times. We’ve found great kids’ haircuts, fabulous newborn photographers, and more. And when we asked you to share your tips for what to do in Vancouver this summer, we noticed that for many of you, summer means ice cream. This provided us with some inspiration for our next Best of Vancouver search: ice cream.
The Ice Cream Meltdown
Nothing beats a cold and creamy treat on a hot day – and with summer on the horizon, we’re hoping there are some hot days ahead. But where can you find the best ice cream in Vancouver? We want to know! And we know that Vancouver moms have the answer.
This is where you come in. We want you to share your picks for the best ice cream, gelato or sorbet in Vancouver. We’d also love to hear about your favourite lactose-free, non-dairy and vegan options. After all, while everyone loves a sweet and creamy frozen treat, not everyone can eat (and enjoy) traditional ice cream. But we know that here in Vancouver, there are lots of great options no matter your diet. Nominate your favourites between now and June 22, 2012. We’ll review your submissions and narrow it down to our top 10. Then, during July, you can vote for your top choice and we’ll find out where to go for the perfect cone.
