This weekend is all spring, all the time, and all FREE! It’s a blossom frenzy at Queen Elizabeth Park with The Big Picnic and Night Lights. There are early Earth Day events on Saturday – of note the epic Party for the Planet in Surrey. If you’re looking for something closer to nature, help release the salmon at Hyde Park.

Get green and have a blast doing it! Pick up local plants, ride the zipline and enjoy live performances for kids and families. The City of Surrey host its ninth annual Earth Day Party for the Planet celebration at Civic Plaza. The signature Surrey event features the new Live Green World, offering environmental workshops, a sustainable marketplace, acoustic concert series and local vendors.
