What SUP? Five places to rent or learn to Stand Up Paddleboard
You’ve seen them from the beaches, now it’s time to get out there and try stand up paddleboarding AKA SUP. Stand Up Paddleboarding is a stable, relaxing way to paddle on the water and there are plenty of places to try it out. It’s also a great core workout. Paddleboarding is surprisingly easy for kids. Older kids can paddle themselves and littler kids can lie on the paddleboard while you get a good workout.
