A new way to get fit: Trampoline Fitness!
SKY ZONE SURREY IS NOW CLOSED
Looking for a super fun way to get fit and burn off that post-holiday roll? Or maybe you’d like to spice up your usual fitness routine? Sky Zone in Surrey is offering trampoline fitness for grown ups so you can feel the freedom of childhood and burn off a few (okay, a lot of) calories while you’re at it.
SkyFitness for Adults
Did you know you can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour on Skyzone’s wall-to-wall trampolines? SkyFitness is low-impact, healthy fun that combines calisthenics, core exercises, and strength-building aerobics. It’s one of the most dynamic, effective and active workouts you can get. Don’t worry, any level of athlete will feel rejuvenated after this workout. Plus, who couldn’t stand to cut loose what with this icy winter weather? Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 pm-8 pm.
Toddler Time Expanded
If they can walk, they can jump! Skyzone has expanded their Toddler Time to three times a week for two hours, so the little ones can blow off a little steam too. Toddler Time is a special time just for the little ones, where they can explore exciting new ways to be active, while staying safe. Although parents are not required to jump, they are encouraged to join in on the fun. Saturday Toddler Time is looking at having Peppe Pig, Paw Patrol as court monitors and music to add to the fun.

Sky Zone is the world’s first indoor trampoline park. We’re the inventors of “fun fitness” and the makers of trampolines as far as the eye can see. Sky Zone Surrey is all about spreading the good word of Fun Fitness. We believe that combining the best equipment with caring, motivated staff equals the best time you can have indoors!
