There’s really nothing like the excitement and energy of a live sports event, and we have a first rate CFL team right here in Vancouver. The BC Lions have introduced a brand new kids entrance with inflatables and all kinds of friendly fun as well as inexpensive kids tickets for the 12 and unders.
Five great reasons to go to BC Lions game with the kids
New entrance just for kids
The Lions have introduced a ‘kid friendly’ entrance at Gate C, presented by London Drugs in honour of their 65th year! It features inflatables, poster making and more. Not only that, kids between the ages of 6 and 12 can join the BC Lions Kids Club. Kids Club members receive e-newsletters, get invitations to special events, and also receive a cinch bag filled with goodies. Membership is only $10.
Inexpensive kids tickets
All season long parents can get tickets for kids 12 and under at just $10 per game, which is a steal for a top level CFL football game. In partnership with London Drugs, the Lions are thrilled to be able to offer these single-game tickets in the Touchdown Endzone and Touchdown Corner seating categories.
Kid friendly
Kids can get dressed up in orange and black, have their faces painted, jump up and down and cheer like crazy. This is not a place where kids are shushed.
Weather proof
If the weather is fine, enjoy the sunshine, if it’s raining, you’re covered (literally).
Downtown outing
After the game, head over to Yaletown and check out the umbrella display, grab a bite to eat (or an ice cream at Mister) and wander along the seawall.
