Snow, ice, rain and sunshine showed up in February sending the city into typical pre-spring confusion. Do we need umbrellas and snowboots, and where is that toboggan anyway? Many headed to the hills for some snowboarding and some just stuck to lowlands and built snowmen in their front yards. Add Family Day, Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day and what a speedy month! Today, we cap it all off with #pinkshirtday – how great is it to see thousands of school kids donning pink to take a stand against bullying online and off.
