Vancouver Mom to Follow: Food Stylist Stephanie Small

This week’s Mom to Follow is Stephanie, a full time food styling/product merchandiser who lives in Burke Mountain with her handsome husband and 3-year-old daughter. She partners with food and beverage companies throughout BC to provide healthy flexitarian ways to elevate their store bought products. If you like to support local seasonal goodies, you should stop by her site for some recipe inspiration. She also has a massive vinyl record and jigsaw puzzle collection, and may or may not be obsessed with Lionel Richie.
Five places Stephanie loves to go
Pho T&T
This gem is where I escape with my work ladies for vegetarian pho on chilly days. They also use free range chicken for days I feel like eating poultry.
Warehouse Café
This organic café is filled with all kinds of vegan and gluten free goodies. Their Turmeric Rooibos Latte and vegan Sweet Potato & Kale Samosa Wrap are must haves.
33 Acres
Our favorite Vancouver brewery to visit. Small, quaint and family friendly. Beer, cider, lattes and snacks from local companies including Earnest Ice Cream for your littles.
Barnet Marine Park
Bring your kayak, paddleboard, BBQ and of course the family. Head to the grass and set up a spot for the day. Fresh ocean air = long toddler naps.
Willow View Farms
A seasonal u-pick farm with rows of apples, plums, pears and pumpkins. Hayrides, petting zoos and a pumpkin patch. Try their apple cider slushy.
