Give us a brief description of your spring break activities:
Our theme is “The Next Giant Leap” and all activities will be focused on the future of space exploration and the colonization of other planets. We will be running family-friendly activities daily from 11:30am-4:00pm, that are included in the price of admission. The themes of the activities will be changing through the two-week break. We are also premiering new Planetarium shows and new live demonstrations.
What makes your spring break options unique?
The themes of our daily activities range from food in space, robots, engineering in space, your body in space to art and culture in space. We will be hosting various guest experts as part of our daily activities. The Daedalos Academy will be here with their lego robots so kids can interact with, and learn about how robotic technology will be used to go back to the moon, and even off to Mars.
What will kids learn through your spring break activities?
Kids will learn what it would be like to live on a space station or even another planet, and how we would have to adjust to survive in these new environments.
