This week’s Vancouver Mom to Follow is Mai Edwards, is a teacher and blogger who lives in beautiful Surrey with her husband and two children. There is a make believe garden and greenhouse full of plants and harvest vegetables and learning about the space required for the plants to grow. The main attraction has to be the air pipe wall, where the kiddos can put scarves into the openings, press a button and watch the scarves flow through the tubes.

There are so many hidden spots to sit and have picnics in or if you’re feeling adventurous, there are so many delicious restaurants to try like Moby Dick’s Fish shack or old fashioned ice cream spots to try out.
Lonsdale Quay
Whenever we get the chance, we head for the quay to take out some delicious meals to go and eat on the pier and a stop at the water fountain, the kids favourite spot.
