Giveaway: Enjoy a Spa Day Courtesy of My Health My Community

We’re very excited about our latest giveaway. Not only is the prize truly fabulous (can you say spa day?), but by participating you’ll be helping researchers understand how the place you live impacts your health and well-being. Contribute to science, and have a chance to win a prize. What could be better?

A Healthy Community

The community where you live, learn, work, and play affects your health. Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health and the eHealth Strategy Office at UBC want to dig deeper into this connection. The My Health My Community survey is helping them learn how our lifestyles, our neighbourhoods and our environment all work together to affect our overall health and well-being. All residents of the Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health areas who are age 18 and up are being asked to take the online survey. Your information could help shape future programs and community services that will benefit you, your family and your community.

A Fabulous Giveaway

Completing the My Health My Community survey isn’t just a good thing to do. One Lucky winner who completes the survey via VancouverMom.ca will win a $250 gift card for Bloom Spa. That’s enough for one really fabulous day. But that’s not all! Anyone who completes the survey will also be entered in to the regular survey draws, including for an iPad. Chances of winning in the regular prize draw are 1 in 500. Chances of winning the spa gift card will vary depending on the number of entries.
