The Vancouver summer camps at Arts Umbrella offer an intensive arts-infused learning experience. You’ll find hands-on programs in dance, visual arts, theatre, digital arts, professional programs and early childhood classes. Kids aged three and up will be immersed in creative discovery and fun learning. There are full-day and half-day options at their locations in Vancouver and Surrey.

22. YMCA

The Y has been helping kids and teens to grow up healthy and active for more than 100 years. They offer values-based, child-centred programs that will get your kids outside in nature. There are day camps and overnight camps for kids aged 5–17. There are lots of ways for your kids to have fun and stay engaged this summer.

23. Mt. Seymour

Mt. Seymour offers their Eco-Adventure Camp to kids age five and up. Their North Vancouver summer camps incorporate fun, education, self-awareness, skill development, and meaningful connections to nature and the environment. There are spaces left in most of the week-long programs, which run from 9:00am-4:00pm daily.

24. Urban Academy

Located in New Westminster, these suburban Vancouver summer camps are touted as some of the best in the Lower Mainland. There are full-day and half-day programs for kids aged 5-17. Each week is planned and coordinated to offer a variety of experiences. Whether your kids are into art, science, robotics or dance, they’ll find something to keep them engaged.

25. Stagecoach Canada

With six locations across the city and the suburbs, these Vancouver summer camps focus on the theatre arts. Each week-long camp is packed full of singing, dancing and drama. From the moment your kids arrive, they’ll be caught up with other students in a stimulating week of fun and hard but rewarding work. It will all culminate in a final performance or presentation on Friday, which family and friends are invited to attend.
