Summer at Wesbrook Village!
Canada Day Run and Celebration
Celebrate Canada’s big 150 by heading out on a run through Pacific Spirit park on July 1st in your red and white. Choose from a 10K/5K and 1K Kids Run! After the run, grab a free hot dos and a slice of Canada Day cake. Then join the Canada Day festivities including a BBQ, free Kid’s Zone featuring bouncy castles, face painters, and more!
Summer in the Square
Back again for another year, Summer in the Square features local artists who will regale and entertain in Norman MacKenzie Square through the warm summer months. Performances take place every Tuesday at 4:30pm & Saturday at 12:00pm Weather permitting.
Playgrounds
Did you know that Wesbrook Village has four playgrounds? You don’t have to go far before you bump into one. The jewel of the quartet is certainly Nobel park located on the edge of the forest with a rocky river alongside it and all the latest playground equipment.
Splash pad
Bring a suit and towel because the Kids Waterpark will be open all summer! Perfect for little ones and handily located right by the Community Centre, which has plenty of washrooms.
Noms
Whether it’s one of the best sandwiches you’ll ever eat from Dough Girls, a few cold ones and some moules et frites from Beircraft, or maybe a loaded up frozen yogurt cup from Menchies,, no one goes hungry at Wesbrook Village.
Outdoor movie night
The whole family will love the free outdoor movie experience. Every August, they show a family classic under the stars. Bring a blanket or some chairs to get comfy. Movie and date TBA.
