We’ve rounded up a list of Christmas and holiday events happening this weekend (December 17th-19th) across the Lower Mainland. If you and your family are looking to get into the holiday spirit this weekend, we highly recommend these 15 awesome local activities.

Enjoy the charm of Kerrisdale this weekend. There’s strolling bands, Christmas quartets, a holiday horse and carriage rides! Keep an eye out for the Santa himself. He’ll be wandering the streets and wishing everyone he spots a very Merry Christmas.

15. Virtual CP Holiday Train

The concert will be streamed on FacebookYouTube and this webpage on Saturday, Dec. 18th, 2021 at 6 p.m. MT/ 5 p.m PT

Get ready for a fun virtual event! This weekend, the CP virtual train is back. Watch the train’s big arrival at 5:20 pm and enjoy a live virtual concert. The train will be decked out in thousands of lights. It travels across Canada during the holiday season to raise food and cash donations for local food banks.
