Maritime Museum
Explore the historic RCMP vessel St. Roch inside the Museum and explore the Maritime Discovery Centre and the floating vessels in the Heritage Harbour. It’s a short walk to Kits Beach too the Pacific Space Centre and the Vancouver Museum.

Science World/The Olympic Village
Walk the Seawall, go in for a bite in one of several kid-friendly restaurants, shops and the open plaza with the giant sparrows is a magnet for kids any time of year. Located close to Skytrain and the Pacific Central Station.

Aquatic Centre/West End
Swim in the ozonated pool or go for a walk on Sunset Beach. There’s a concession stand, washrooms and large grassy areas for picnicking.

Hornby Street
Access downtown easily from here, the beaches, seawall and look across at the colourful murals painted on the industrial concrete silos across the creek. Giants they are!
David Lam Park
This stunning downtown park is an intricate mix of active and passive recreation opportunities, all with views of False Creek and Yaletown. Sports courts and playgrounds are sheltered by lush plantings, and a large open lawn is perfect for kite flying, resting in the sunshine. Home to several sculptures along the waterfront.

Check out the massive yachts docked when you pull up alongside, then visit this upscale and trendy warehouse district featuring numerous restaurants that are kid-friendly. David Lam Park is nearby with lots of room for play and the Roundhouse Community Centre. There is an Urban Fare across the street.
Plaza of Nations
Located near Rogers Arena and BC Place, The Terry Fox Memorium and the BC Sports Hall of Fame which will engage your little with physical play and keep them fascinated for hours. Great spot to have a birthday party.
