Vancouver Mom to Follow: Natassia Valli
This week’s Mom to Follow is Natassia Valli, mama of one, wife, part time HR professional and rookie mama blogger. Her little branch of the mama blogging world is focused on sharing her journey through motherhood, and baby/toddler fashion.
In her spare time, Natassia and her family can be found outdoors exploring their neighbourhood of Mount Pleasant, trying out new restaurants and participating in local children’s activities.
Natassia considers her family an ordinary bunch navigating through the life’s ups and downs and raising their little boy to spread love and kindness no matter where life takes him. “This world needs more kindness, love, laughter and compassion, and we definitely want to contribute our part.”
What keeps her going? Her boys, her crew, coffee and wine … lots of those last two. 🙂
Four of Natassia’s favourite places!
Chorus & Clouds
This place is pure magic. A great space that I take my little one to for some art, exploring and music. Jess is an passionate and peaceful educator who really connects with each child and parent.
197 East 17th Avenue, Vancouver, 604-874-9722
Umaluma Gelato
Best non-dairy ice cream ever. This was a favourite during the summer. The shop has a fifties diner feel to it that is super cute and warm. The flavours are so unique and creamy, you would never know it was plant-based.
235 E Pender St, Vancouver, (604) 559-5862
The Juice Truck
This smoothie/juice shop is hands down one of our faves. The ambiance is bright and kid friendly! Mama Monday’s was one of my favourites during my year off on Mat leave. The smoothies are healthy and taste super fresh. Q and I love the Blueberry Matcha.
Fable Diner
Going to a restaurant can be tough with a toddler, Fable Diner is our go to place for lunch dates with other families or when the three of us feel like having a dinner out. It’s got a warm family feel and has a delicious menu with variety. Their shakes are on another level (the Chocolate PB) and they have an all day breakfast menu!
151 East Broadway, Vancouver, 604 732 1322
Isn’t it time you followed Natassia?
