Favourite Thing For Your Kids

LEGO. Even for my (now) tween-aged children, the magic and imaginative power of LEGO are limitless.

Favourite Thing For You

My 1991 VW Westfalia camper van. A fridge, a stove, storage cupboards galore, and enough room for supplies for a 3-week road trip to Drumheller!

Favourite Thing For Work

iPhone. The iPhone has become an indispensable tool for keeping track of my work and personal life obligations. All of my schedules are interconnected, I can email, phone, twitter and facebook to my heart’s content!

Favourite Place in Vancouver

Granville Island. I never tire of walking, biking or driving to the Island for shopping, fun and recreation. Some of my favorite shops and products are found there, i.e. Lee’s Donuts, Go Fish, & Oyama Sausage Company.

Favourite Birthday Gift Idea

Books. I love visiting book stores and choosing a special book that will appeal to a friend or a child’s particular interest.

Favourite Kids Book

Pitschi, about a Swiss cat wishing to be a different animal; and the Harry Potter Book Series. JK Rowling is brilliant!

Favourite Restaurant

Miko Sushi, downtown. The first place where I tried spicy tuna cones. Vancouver is so blessed with amazing restaurants, it’s hard to choose only one!
