Stephanie Jhala is a leadership coach. Motherhood whooped her butt. She deeply mourned the loss of her identity, felt like she wasn’t getting anything done in a day, resented her husband for his ability to go to work and eat a meal alone, and experienced deep loneliness and isolation.

So she started gathering mothers for real talk, and has now been leading workshops for over a year supporting mothers in being empowered, doing one of the most important jobs on the planet.

  • 8 week series:   Sept 25th – Nov 13th
    • Build an empowered identity
    • Learn how to move through mom guilt
    • Create worthiness and honour your mental, emotional and physical self-care
    • Transform isolation with a connected community
    • Option to be a circle leader amongst the women that inspire you
  • Program cost = is $7 a day x 8 weeks
  • Location: Online local meetups
  • Who this is for (but not limited to):  Mothers on maternity leave or stay at home moms with children ages 0-3 yrs
