Giveaway: Take Your Family to The Cat in the Hat
“The sun did not shine. It was too wet to play. So we sat in the house. All that cold, cold, wet day.” If you’re like many Vancouver moms, you instantly recognize these words from the Dr. Seuss classic The Cat in the Hat. An innovative stage adaption of this beloved piece of children’s literature will be taking over Waterfront Theatre on Granville Island from February 23-March 3, 2013. Presented by Carousel Theatre, kids age three and up will love the acrobatics and special effects that create a magical visual experience. And we’re excited to be teaming up with Carousel for a fabulous giveaway!

Each Carousel production has age guidelines, to ensure that the audience can get the most from the experience. For The Cat in the Hat, the guideline is that children must be at least three years old to attend. However, if you have a younger brother or sister in tow, you are not out of of luck. They’re offering two all ages performances, which kids under three are welcome to attend, on March 10 and 24, 2013, at 10:00am.

Carousel Theatre is pleased to offer one lucky VancouverMom.ca reader four tickets to the 2:00pm performance on March 3, 2013.
