C5 Training offers:
* 1-on-1 training sessions
* Small group sessions
* Summer soccer camps (May/June & June/July)

My name is Chelsey Lal and I started C5 Training from my passion and dedication to the sport. I have played competitive soccer for 25 years and have coached young players for 5 years. My goal is to pass on my knowledge to help young soccer players build strong skills and grow their love for the game.
