Canadian Gas Fireplace Class Action – Free Protective Screen or Barrier
Do you own a gas fireplace, fireplace insert or stove? You might be able to make a claim for a free of charge protective screen or barrier.
The Supreme Court of British Columbia previously approved a settlement of the class action launched against certain manufacturers that supplied gas fireplaces, fireplace inserts and stoves that are allegedly a danger to anyone who touches the hot glass and in particular are a danger to young children. Class members with eligible fireplaces can now make a claim for a free of charge protective screen or barrier.
