Missing the downtown parade? There’s a glorious, upbeat carnivalesque parade  with stilt walkers on Granville Island at 1:30 pm. As well, the Jazz Fest sets up all over the island with music for all ages. You can bring the kids down for some bicycle decorating from 10am – 2pm at Ocean Art Works. Swing by the False Creek Community Centre for more fun, a BBQ concession, and of course, the water park.
