Code Ninjas is the largest coding school franchise in the world! At Code Ninjas, we recognize that children have a natural affinity for technology. We’ve created a fun, safe environment where children learn to code by making the games they love to play. We teach children valuable computer programming skills based on JavaScript and C# which are currently lacking in our schools’ core curriculum.

Similar to martial arts, Code Ninjas uses a “belts” system to indicate a student’s progress. As children advance through different levels, they earn belts to signify their achievements and increasing proficiency in coding.

There are currently 15 Code Ninjas in B.C., located in the cities of Abbotsford, Burnaby, Burnaby South, Delta, Guildford, Langley, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, Vancouver East, Vancouver South, Vancouver West, West Coquitlam, and West Shore.

What Programs Do We Offer?

Camps (5-15 Years Old)

We run week-long day camps during the Spring, Summer, and Winter school breaks. Code Ninjas camps provide a collaborative learning environment where kids, guided by trained instructors, can unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills. Camps that we offer include Roblox, YouTube, Minecraft, 3D Printing, Python, Meowbit, Micro:bit, and much much more!

CREATE (8-15 Years Old)

Our after-school coding program, CREATE, is a self-paced curriculum that teaches children the basics of coding through building video games. Students will progress through our belt system to learn the fundamentals of JavaScript, Lua, and C#.

Code Ninjas JR (5-7 Years Old)

Our JR program builds a foundation of coding and problem-solving skills for kids ages 5-7 through our fun and completely visual curriculum – no reading required!

The overall goal of Code Ninjas is to make coding fun and enjoyable for kids. The use of game-based learning, interactive projects, and positive learning environment contributes to an engaging experience.
