The Richmond Children’s Arts Festival returns BC Family Day, Monday February 15, 2021.
This year’s festival is being re-imagined for COVID-times and is presented virtually in partnership with Richmond School District 38, Gateway Theatre, Richmond Art Gallery and Richmond Public Library.
A series of fantastic artist-led videos will be available to the general public, at no charge, on BC Family Day, Monday, February, 15
