Calling all mamas with newborns and pre-crawlers! Join Hannah Day of MOGA Moms, for a FREE Mom & Baby Yoga class this September 17. Hannah offers the perfect yoga class for busy moms to help rebuild the core safely, so you can feel strong in your body and confident in your new role.

Suitable for all levels of yoga, everyone welcome. Limited space, so register soon and meet some mamas in your community. We recommend practicing yoga 6 weeks post vaginal delivery and 8 weeks post c-section.

Hannah Day is the Co-Founder of MOGA Moms, a studio and online community for moms. She offers that perfect combo of fitness, mind-body-babe connection, and empowerment, for a healthy transition into motherhood. Hannah offers years of experience teaching pre/postnatal yoga, weaving in tips of wisdom so you can feel confident, let anxiety go, and fill up your mama cup!
