We have an open door policy and encourage you to drop in with your child to allow them to become acquainted with the dental environment.
While your child plays on our “ship” or “magnet board”, please help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea. We are dedicated to forming long-lasting relationships with you and your family.
In addition to the typical fillings, we offer preventative services and desensitization appointments for shy and special needs individuals. Shallow cavities can be remineralized when detected early by changing the environment of the mouth. One tool is the use of silver diamine fluoride which can arrest or stop decay from progressing. For children who are fearful or anxious we are trained in hypnosis, behaviour modification, nitrous oxide, oral and intravenous sedations. If required treatment can also be done with an anesthesiologist under a general anesthetic. We offer cold cold laser treatment for injuries and TMJ issues and CO2 lasers for tongue and lip ties. Radiographs are taken with digital sensors thereby minimizing the amount of radiation exposed to your child.
