Visit Place des Arts for a special edition of Family Day as part of BC Culture Days! Start your afternoon with a self-guided tour of four exhibitions: From East to West by the Coquitlam Weavers and Spinners Guild, PhotoClub Vancouver’s 2019 Annual Members’ Exhibition, Synthesis by Sandra Yuen MacKay and a special pop-up exhibition by The Poppy Project.

Then, get creative with four drop-in, exhibition-related art activities:

• Join the Coquitlam Weavers and Spinners Guild and learn about spinning yarn
• Wet-felt a poppy to contribute to the collaborative Poppy Project
• Capture the beauty of a floral still life using watercolours
• Create your own photo props, then take a family photo (cameras welcome!)
