On Oct 14, Cineplex is hosting its 7th annual Community Day with free movies and where 100% of snack and other proceeds go to support WE Charity. The weather is calling for rain so check out Kung Fu Panda 3, TrollsIce Age: Collision Course or Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.  All popcorn, soft drinks and select candy for just $2.50 each.

Get artsy at the Vancouver Art Gallery

Every Sunday from noon to 4, the Gallery hosts free programs (adults must pay) for kids 12 and under and their parents. The gallery’s team of Art Agents bring the exhibitions to life and the Making Place allows you to experiment with materials, processes and themes in creative, hands-on activities.
