Museum of Anthropology

A beautiful building in a gorgeous setting, with impressive displays and drawers full of additional treasures for further exploration. The University of British Columbia’s Museum of Anthropology highlights the arts and culture of this region’s First Nations as well as cultures around the world.

From The Travelling Mom: “The MOA offers an incredible collection of world art and culture, focusing on our west coast aboriginal art. The building itself is great architecture by Arthur Erickson, and the setting at UBC can’t be beat for a post-museum-visit walk. In short, it’s a great place for families to visit and for children to learn about the aboriginal history of our province.”
